I was tasked with bringing Samsung’s successful VX event to life in a way that includes their executives as key players virtually and showcases their incredible lineup of LED products in a dramatic fashion.

The Ask
Create a new and immersive way to shop for televisions across over 400 Sam's Club stores nationwide.

The Solution
Customize and tailor an immersive AR experience for Sam's Club members allowing guests to enter the Samsung + Sam's Club VIP Room. The environment showcased Samsung's latest televisions, even some that were not available in-store. Guests were welcomed by the one and only Kevin Hart and later guided by a Samsung SME who explained both the benefits of each television and Sam's Club membership discount.

The Experience

We tailor-made our 360˚ virtual environment for our guests to explore and discover new ways to shop on their phones. Each television provided a full list of specs and the ability to purchase the Samsung TV on the spot through the AR experience.

 

Club Access

To make the experience feel exclusive to Sam’s Club members, we wrote and recorded scripts that fit the part. Multiple scripts were written for both Kevin and our SME creating a seamless, educational, and hilarious journey through the world of Samsung.
