SUPER BOWL 51
DESIGN DIRECTION + PHOTOGRAPHY
Momentum was responsible for the largest retail activation the week prior to Super Bowl 51 in Houston's "Super Bowl Live". We created a 2-tier space featuring everything from charging to NFL player appearances. Downstairs also included a fan experience called "Game Winner" where you enter a 180˚ screen room and are placed in a game winning situation in Super Bowl 50.
The space was also home to Virtual Gridiron which was the centerpiece of Verizon’s Super Bowl LI activation. It was the first virtual reality game that let two people play against each other head-to-head, in real-time. Gameplay was scripted and designed to be as authentic as possible, using actual NFL plays, former professional players and a real stadium.
